TradiTrack

Terms of Use

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Ruklay Pousajja, a sole trader based in Christchurch, New Zealand ("we", "us"), who makes the TradiTrack app. By downloading or using TradiTrack you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What TradiTrack does

TradiTrack helps you record jobs and clients and create quotes, invoices and payment records. It calculates GST from the rates and details you enter. It is a record-keeping tool, not tax, accounting or legal advice.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Your data and backups

Your data is stored only on your phone (see the Privacy Policy). We can't recover it if your phone is lost, broken or reset, or if you delete the app. Use Backup in the app's Settings regularly and keep the backup file somewhere safe off your phone.

4. Free plan and TradiTrack Pro

5. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use TradiTrack on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it. If you got TradiTrack from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply to the extent permitted. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its support.

6. No warranty

We work hard to make TradiTrack accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will be free of errors or always available, or that it will suit every business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for TradiTrack Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or the Australian Consumer Law. If you use TradiTrack for business purposes in New Zealand, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent the law allows.

8. Changes to the app and these terms

We may update the app and change these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and mention it in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you're in Australia, you also keep any rights you have under Australian law that can't be excluded.
